Jonathan Elementary is having a food drive to support the Bountiful Basket Food Shelf in Chaska. The Student Council-sponsored food drive starts Wednesday, Nov. 20 and will go through Friday, Dec. 13. The food can be placed in the main lobby. The food shelf prefers small containers and no glass containers please.
Suggested donations are:

Kindergarten & 1st Grade: Ramen noodles, boxes or bags of rice, macaroni and cheese, canned meats/ready to eat canned meals, cereal, peanut butter, jelly

2nd & 3rd Grade: Crackers, cans of soup, canned fruits, canned vegetables, cans of spaghetti sauce, boxed potatoes, ketchup, mustard

4th & 5th Grade: Personal care items (hand soap, body soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, small containers of shampoo, deodorant, laundry detergent)
